The Claremore Industrial and Economic Development Authority is excited to announce a new and creative platform to connect prospective employees with available positions in Rogers County. The "Careers Portal" on growclaremore.com is a centrally located, user-friendly job board allowing Rogers County businesses and job seekers to advertise and search for open positions at no cost.

CIEDA piloted the program with its manufacturing partners in the Claremore Industrial Park. Today the platform highlights over 200 career opportunities in various sectors, including manufacturing, health care, education, food service, banking and government.

“Our new Careers Portal provides a central access point where both the company and applicant can quickly and easily connect,” said Caitlyn Ngare, CIEDA Talent Development Specialist. “Job seekers looking for positions within Rogers County will no longer have to search through large hiring platforms, such as LinkedIn or Monster, to find local positions. This free resource serves as a direct avenue for businesses to advertise job opportunities to the local workforce at a time of high job demand.”

Job seekers and businesses are encouraged to visit careers.growclaremore.com to explore the many career opportunities across Rogers County. Companies interested in hosting available positions on the site can email caitlyn@growclaremore.com.

The jobs platform was created in conjunction with GetroJobs, an innovator in the fields of recruitment, professional networking and connecting people with careers they love.

"The opportunities this new portal provides to both applicants and businesses are endless," said Ngare. "I am excited to continue to see this platform grow and connect our community's workforce with lifelong careers."
