SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AT CENTER OF FOCUS FOR NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA

A new multi-organization initiative led by the Claremore Industrial and Economic Development Authority brings a focus on small business development to northeast Oklahoma.

Together the  Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology, The Small Business Development Center, The Claremore Industrial and Economic Development Authority, the OSU New Product Development Center, and Rogers State University will provide support and funding for a new Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Program Manager whose focus will be on the Northeast region of the state.

The purpose of the new SBDC position is to assist with the creation and development of new small businesses in the northeast region, provide consultation to existing startup businesses and to promote collaborative opportunities between industry, government and higher education.

The program manger will locate in Claremore and office within the School of Business and Technology at Rogers State University. Interested candidates can apply online at this link.
